Self Pay Fee Structure
Ada Psychiatry offers affordable self-pay fees. For Out-of-network clients, we can provide you with an invoice with the appropriate diagnostic ICD code and documentation to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Once your claim is accepted, your insurance will mail you a check for the amount they agree to reimburse you. Most prescriptions are covered under your insurance plan.
We also offer a monthly self-pay plan to our self-pay or out-of-network clients who prefer to pay a monthly fee for psychiatric services to break the cost of mental health services over time. A Minimum of 6 months is required for this service.

Our Standard Visit includes medication management, psychotherapy, progress evaluation, symptom tracking, goal establishment, and treatment discussion.

Extended follow-up-
Our extended visit follow-up appointment includes ample time to discuss your progress and medication efficacy and provide psychotherapy techniques to help you improve throughout your healing journey.

Membership plan includes: -Initial diagnostic psychiatric evaluation (up to 60 minutes). -Monthly follow-up appointment (Up to 30 minutes) -Evidence-based treatment plan Auto-payment is required for a minimum of 6 months and is not reimbursed by any insurance.

Cancellation Policy
“At our clinic, we strive to provide timely care to all our patients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible so we can offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list. Please note that you will be charged a fee if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, except for emergencies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we ask that you communicate with our office as soon as possible in such cases.”
Please note that a fee of $75 will be charged for appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance and no- show appointments.
