We are committed to increasing access to high-quality psychiatry services by collaborating with insurance providers to offer in-network coverage for mental health services. Our clients benefit from using their insurance plan to help cover most of the cost. That said, even if we do not accept your insurance, most of our patients can get part or all of the fees paid by insurance using typical “out of network” reimbursement options. We also offer affordable self-pay fees. This can be found on our resource page.
We are currently in-network with multiple employer-sponsored insurance plans. Co-pays and deductibles for our services range based on your coverage.

Most times, you can get 50% – 80% of your care paid for if your out-of-network benefits apply. We can provide you with a monthly superbill to get this money easily reimbursed. We also offer affordable self-pay fees and monthly plans.

Control substances are prescribed on a case-by-case basis. We follow DEA guidelines and regulations.
We do not prescribe controlled substances for our virtual states only.
The initial psychiatry and addiction medicine appointment is 60 minutes. The initial appointment for the weight loss program is 60 minutes.
We are in network with United Health Care/ Optum/Oscar Health, Cigna, Atena, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. We are an out-of-network provider with all other carriers. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
