Is Ada psychiatry confidential?

Ada Psychiatry is 100 % committed to your privacy and confidentiality. We will never share your information without your permission.

Our goal is to offer a streamlined process. Appointments can be requested through online booking. If you have questions, you can fill out the contact us form or call the office for more details. Our team will be glad to assist you.

Control substances are prescribed on a case-by-case basis. We follow DEA guidelines and regulations.

We do not prescribe controlled substances for our virtual states only.

The initial psychiatry and addiction medicine appointment is 60 minutes. The initial appointment for the weight loss program is 60 minutes.

We are in network with United Health Care/ Optum/Oscar Health, Cigna, Atena, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. We are an out-of-network provider with all other carriers. We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We currently offer in-person and virtual appointments to Arizona residents. Virtual appointments to Washington and New Mexico residents.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We will assist you in setting up your patient portal. You will then be able to complete the online forms before your appointment. During your meeting, your provider will get to know you, discuss your mental health goals, review your records, and provide a treatment plan.

At Ada Psychiatry, we are committed to providing continuity of care, you will follow up with the clinician assigned to your care team.
