I was apprehensive about my first session. It’s challenging to be vulnerable, even when seeking help from someone. Despite expressing so much of my life and story of self, she made me feel at ease during my initial session. She took her time, helped me navigate my thoughts, and came up with a treatment plan that fits my lifestyle perfectly. I am grateful for this experience. I believe I’m in great hands.
